Outplacement Services
 MIB has developed an active outplacement program designed to assist people with visual impairments who are looking for employment. MIB actively works with public entities and private sector companies to identify employment opportunities for people who are blind. MIB maintains a list of jobs that are available as well as a list of people who want to either join the workforce or desire to change jobs. MIB works closely with the Department of Rehabilitation Services to carry out this function.
