Opportunities
 MIB strives to hire as many people who are blind as possible. While this is limited by the amount of work MIB has and the skill level of the individual, our sole reason for existing is to create good jobs with excellent benefits and opportunities for advancement. As an agency of the State, all MIB employees participate in the State of Mississippi Benefits Program. This includes paid medical coverage in the State Insurance Program, participation in the State Retirement Program, and a very competitive allowance for Personal and Sick Leave, and paid holidays.
